1. General Terms and Conditions

Gibaje (https://gibaje.bet) is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

Gibaje reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the website. Continued use of the site after changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are provided in Bangla for the convenience of users. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive version.

2. Account Registration

To create an account on gibaje, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be closed at any time, and any associated balance may be forfeited.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — especially your password — strictly confidential.
• Transferring or sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.

3. Age & Eligibility

Gibaje strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from registering an account or placing bets. We may request a national ID or passport to verify age at registration or at any other appropriate time.

If a minor creates an account using false information, all associated winnings will be voided and any deposited funds will not be returned. gibaje makes no exceptions on this matter.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Gibaje supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions must be made using a payment method registered in your name.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Gibaje may request additional verification for any transactions deemed unusual or suspicious.

5. Betting Rules

Every bet placed on gibaje is considered final. Once a bet is submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless gibaje itself identifies a technical error.

• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed will remain in effect.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Gibaje reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect odds.
• Gibaje is not liable for any issues arising from internet connectivity disruptions during live betting.
• Maximum bet amounts per event are set and may vary across different markets.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Gibaje offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered users only.
• The required wagering must be completed before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn — they may only be used for betting.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will be considered a violation of the terms.
• Gibaje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gibaje. Engaging in any of them will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or bug on gibaje to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.

8. Responsible Gaming

Gibaje is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe betting should be a source of entertainment, not a cause of addiction or financial hardship.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Gibaje may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more).
• As directed by legal or regulatory authorities.

If an account is closed, any valid balance will generally be returned; however, gibaje reserves the right to forfeit the balance in cases of terms violation.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Gibaje collects and processes your personal information solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. We never sell your data to third parties.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between gibaje and a user, an initial attempt will be made to resolve the matter through direct communication. Users may submit a complaint by emailing support@gibaje.bet.

• An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of receiving a complaint.
• A final decision on complex matters will be communicated within 30 days.
• Gibaje's final decisions will be made in accordance with applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

Gibaje may amend these Terms and Conditions in part or in full at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on the website and sent to your registered email address.
